Fr. Stephen Parkes is the Pastor for Most Precious Blood and the Campus Ministry Director for Catholic Campus Ministry at UCF. Fr. Parkes was ordained for the Diocese of Orlando in 1998.

Fr. Jorge Torres is the Parochial Vicar (Associate Pastor) for Most Precious Blood and also works as Campus Minister at Catholic Campus Ministry at UCF. Fr. Jorge was ordained for the Diocese of Orlando in 2005.

Sue Karpinski is the Director of Youth Ministry for Most Precious Blood.  She has been an active member of the parish since it was established in 2005, and has recently joined the staff as the Youth Minister in August 2008.  Sue is married to Bert and has two beautiful daughters, Jenny (15 years old) and Lisa (11 years old).
